SHIPPING METHODS

For Greece, all products are sent by ELTA COURIER®’s Door-to-Door service and are safely delivered to the indicated address within 2 to 3 days from the payment date.

For orders outside of Greece and within the European Comunity, all products are sent by ELTA COURIER® and delivered within 2 to 7 days from the order confirmation payment date. For international orders to third countries, all products are sent by ELTA COURIER® and delivered within 7 to 10 days from the order confirmation payment date.

Delivery time is approximate, it refers to working days, counting from the arrival of the package in the destination country, while the company cannot be held responsible for any Custom Clearance costs and shipping delays.

Orders that are placed until 12:00 pm and depending on the processing time, will be dispatched on the same day. In any other case, all orders will be dispatched the following day.

During the shipping of your order, you’re notified via email with the tracking number of your order.

If the packaging of your order is bulky, it’s delivered by ELTA COURIER® after prior contact with us.

If you want to choose a shipping company of your preference which we don’t associate with, you can contact us. All shipping costs are handled by the ordering party/customer.

The company does not carry any responsibility in case your order isn’t delivered within the estimated time due to extreme weather events, strikes or any force majeure. For that reason, delivery time will be extended for as long the cause of the delay exists.

PRODUCT RETURNS

You have the right to return the products you have bought and to ask for their replacement if the products you receive are different from the ones you have ordered because of K&K Luxury Food Co.’s proven fault. In that case, you must contact K&K Luxury Food Co the day you receive the products or the next working day and ask for their return and replacement. The products must be returned in an excellent condition and their packaging must be intact and undamaged. You are not charged for their return.

You have the right to return the products you ordered and to ask for a replacement or for a refund, in case you receive a faulty product (e.g. damaged during transfer). In that case, you ought to contact K&K Luxury Food Co via e-mail, the day you receive the products or at the latest the first working day after deliverance and to ask for their return and their replacement or for a refund. The products must be returned in the condition in which they were received. You are not charged for their return.

You have the right to return the products you have purchased and to ask for a refund within 14 days from their deliverance, if for whatever reason, apart from the above mentioned, you change your mind and you don’t wish to buy these products anymore. In this case, first of all, you ought to contact K&K Luxury Food Co via e-mail and to inform them that you wish to exercise your right of a return. After that, you ought to return the products in an excellent condition, and their packaging must be intact and undamaged. The products will be returned at your expense. Within 30 days from the receipt of the products, K&K Luxury Food Co will refund you by crediting the same medium you initially used to pay for the purchase or if you have paid in cash, the money will be deposited in a bank account which you will indicate. You cannot return products which have been used or if their packaging has been opened.
